Job Description:
- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- Join a dynamic CVOR team during the Winter Holiday season!
- Enjoy working in a supportive environment with an emphasis on holiday coverage.
- RTO (Request Time Off) policy:
- Currently, only one holiday can be requested, with minimal RTO strongly preferred.
- Travelers are expected to work all holidays not included in contracted RTO.
Unit Details:
- Weekend Coverage: Friday-Sunday
- Call Requirement: Yes/variable
- Typically one weekday call every week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks.
- Floating: Within facility and scope of practice as needed.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience accepted.
- Unit welcomes first-time travelers.
Clinical Screening:
- Candidates will undergo a clinical review to ensure a good clinical fit.
- Successful candidates will be sent to the manager for a final decision.
Holiday Expectations:
- One major holiday during the assignment means you are expected to work it.
- Two major holidays during the assignment means you are expected to work both.
- Three major holidays result in an expectation to work two.
Major Holidays Include:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving/Black Friday
- Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
Compliance Requirements:
- Full compliance is mandatory to start on time.
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
Notes On Submission:
- All RTO must be finalized at the time of submission.
- No RTO or schedule requests can be made post-offer or on site.
- Orientation is crucial, and modules are included during this time.
