Associate Optometrist – Target Optical At Target Optical, we love the neighborhoods we belong to and that's why we care for them. We are looking for an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical to work as an Associate Optometrist within the practice of a Subleasing Optometrist. This role allows you to provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients in a fully furnished office with a complete suite of OD equipment. Key Responsibilities Provide optometric care and services to patients. Collaborate with the Subleasing Optometrist and practice team. Utilize company‑provided equipment and, where available, Revolution EHR software and pre‑testing support. Manage appointments and patient recall through automated online systems. Practice Benefits Professional autonomy to care for patients. Full scope of practice based on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor. Flexible scheduling, including part‑time commitments or the option to add work to an existing practice schedule. Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment. Some offices may offer use of the Revolution EHR software and have tech and pre‑testing support. Automated online appointment book and patient recall system. Compensation and Benefits Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
