  • Coordinate and manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, booth design, swag/merchandise, show services, signage, shipping, on-site staffing, and attendee travel and registration
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, venues, and event partners to ensure quality and value
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost tracking, and spend optimization
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote events via email, social media, and other digital channels, ensuring consistent brand representation across all materials and touchpoints
  • Lead pre- and post-event debriefs to prepare onsite team, capture insights, document best practices, and recommend improvements for future events.
  • Travel for event setup and execution as needed, overseeing on-site operations, supervising staff, and resolving any issues or challenges that arise

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality performance and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, proactive, and resourceful, with the flexibility to adapt to change
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach
  • Ability to learn technical/software products preferred
