Cleveland Clinic Akron General is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to join our dynamic residency program as a full-time faculty member.Position Overview:Preferred Experience:Osteopathic Manual Treatment capabilities and supervisionPoint of Care Ultrasound proficiency or willingness to learnGraduate Medical Education experience and ability to step into an Assistant Program Director (APD) positionWillingness and ability to champion pediatric and/ or women's healthWe are a well-established, fully accredited 7-7-7 Family Medicine residency program with a rich history dating back to 1971. Our program is known for:Experienced and collaborative facultyAn innovative behavioral science curriculumTeam-based care focused on population health, procedures, and chronic disease managementA progressive practice management curriculumDedicated inpatient and outpatient pharmacotherapy specialistsOur residents benefit from robust experiences in inpatient medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, surgery, and emergency medicine, including pediatric inpatient rotations at Akron Children's Hospital. This range is generally aligned with or below the 50th percentile of nationally recognized compensation benchmarks by specialty. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering factors such as professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE.
