Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging group therapy sessions where clients can share their experiences, learn from each other, and foster meaningful connections with peers.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized, empathetic guidance to clients, assisting them in exploring their thoughts and feelings, while helping them develop effective coping strategies and action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize a variety of assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure their needs are met effectively.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a team of professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, a demographic that often faces unique challenges as they navigate the transition into adulthood. Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.
