Looking for a Flexible Part-Time Opportunity?


Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Call Center Representatives for a short-term project in Laramie, WY. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy talking with people, have strong communication skills, and are looking for evening work with a consistent schedule.


No sales involved! You'll be conducting hunting-related surveys, gathering valuable information, and professionally recording responses.

Position Details

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Schedule: Up to 28 hours per week for approximately 14 weeks
• Preferred Coverage Hours: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Evening availability is required
• In-person position in Laramie, WY

What You'll Be Doing


As a Call Center Representative, you'll serve as the voice of an important survey project by:

• Making outbound calls to participants
• Conducting standardized hunting-related surveys
• Accurately entering survey responses into company software
• Following scripts and project guidelines
• Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality during every interaction
• Meeting daily call and survey completion goals

What We're Looking For


The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.


Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to stay focused and work independently
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Previous customer service, call center, reception, or phone-based experience is a plus, but not required
