Remedy Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Staffing Assistant for the Southside office and clients!


Bilingual Staffing Assistant

Job duties consist of but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service to all visitors (applicants, active associates, and clients)
• Assist all new applicants with online applications
• Build and maintain applicant, associate and client relationships
• Fully process and orientate all new hires
• Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner
• Maintain daily traffic logs
• Ensure all pertinent information is entered accurately and on a daily basis
• Assist the recruiting team with bringing in traffic and filling open orders
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish
• Computer knowledge is a MUST (Word, Excel, Outlook, Typing)

***Please note that this office is very busy and does require the ability to multi-task and all while providing a very pleasant personality. This position requires flexibility in schedule (1st/2nd Shift) due to overseeing a high volume client located in the same area when not working in the office.***

Schedule: Monday - Thursday will be 8AM - 5PM and Saturday will either be 545AM - 12PM or 12PM - 615PM (will explain during interview process). Off days will be Friday and Sunday.

*THIS SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND WILL REQUIRE THE ABILITY TO WORK 2PM - 11PM AT A CLIENT SITE.*

Rate of Pay: $18.00
